When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery times based on product availability and the shipping options you choose. Delivery time estimates may appear on the shipping quote page, depending on the shipping company you choose.

Please also note that shipping rates for many of the products we sell are based on weight. You can view the weight of each of these products on its detail page. To comply with our shipping company policies, all weights will be rounded to the nearest whole pound.

You can return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. (such as receiving an incorrect or defective product, etc.)

You should receive your refund within four weeks of your package being delivered to the shipping company, but in many cases you'll receive your refund sooner. This period includes the transit time for the returned product to be received from the shipping company (5-10 business days), the time it takes to process the return request after receiving it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes for the bank to process the refund request (5-10 business days).

If you wish to return a product, simply log in to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the “My Account” menu, and then click the “Return Product(s)” button. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed your returned product.
